ABOUT XCEL

image.png

The Xcel Program is a more flexible alternative to the USAG Developmental Program (formerly known as JO) program, providing individualized instruction at a less time-consuming level. The objective of the Xcel Competitive Program is to provide a competitive opportunity for gymnasts who seek to advance beyond recreational classes. Xcel gymnasts participate in USA Gymnastics-sanctioned travel competitions in Region 3.
