Since 2015, Sheila's been coaching gymnasts of various levels and age groups.
Sheila has been part of the Flyers family since her early years as a gymnast in the program, competing up to level 8. Recently, Sheila graduated from CU Boulder and is now working towards her master's and teaching certification in Learning Development and Family Science.
